Borlase and Puoch not attending - the are staying in Australia and will look to play in 2025.

Expecting that Shelley will attend training camp.

Will Swain head over to training camp?

Just read Izzy Borlase has signed with Forestville in NBL1 Central.
Great signing for them, not sure it does anything for her development when you consider many of the Central teams are relying heavily on juniors to play significant minutes.
Easily the weakest women's conference in the country, worse than East imo.

How many teams rely on juniors to play significant minutes? Other than mavericks?

Agree though - not great for Izzy's development. She should head overseas or NBL1 South.

maybe some time with family & friends before a possible lot of time overseas in the years to come.

Seems on the women's side a lot of elite level players playing NBL1 at least for parts of seasons. Maley and Melbourne two others

I'm guessing this is mainly financial reasons - they dont get a huge amount for WNBL so try to make a little extra to play half a season etc. But yeah I cant imagine it does a lot for their development.
