Ooh, I don't mean to yell. I think theres something wrong with my computer.

It reads quite aggressively in capital letters! It looks like its screaming LISTEN TO THE SHOW OR YOU WILL PAY THE ULTIMATE PRICE!

Oh well, maybe the computers just excited about the game.

It appears that the lightning don't have a forum. Are all the clubs doing this?

Doing what? Not having forums?

I can't speak for the WNBL, but the NBL had legal advice regarding the hosting of forums that was passed on to each club. Part of that advice was that even linking to a third-party forum could be a potential issue.
