I don't think Newley would have wanted to shake any of our hands (navy seals), could be due to the fact that Skip nearly made him cry and wouldn't let up.

C'mon! Everyone loved mansions in their day....it was the club everyone could get into regardless of age.

I remember many moons ago they used to serve JD Jugs in happy hour.....ahh what fun we had.

I've never had a problem getting into clubs/pubs except for Mansions.

First time I went the bouncers found the smallest of tears on my friend's jean pocket and said he can't come in. Didn't matter that it would be hidden under his shirt. Would have been nice if the guy could have just admitted the truth and say that there were too many guys in the place.

Second time when we were with a group of people a cocky bouncer decided to start insulting patrons about their physical appearance for his own personal gratification and then tried to get physical when people naturally mouthed back.

Also hear lots of stories of others who have had problems with the overzealous bouncers there.

Owner seriously needs to get his security in line.
