Just curious if you havnt played basketball for 3 years for a club but then decide to go back to play basketball but for another club do you still need to recieve clearance from your old club for you to play for a new club?

I think the technical rule is if you have played for s district club within 5 years you require a clearance. If clubs aren't being difficult it shouldn't take more than a few days but (I think) under the regulations clubs are allowed a month.
