"It was good to get out there today. I was really stiff and felt ordinary at the start, like I was running with a pole up my butt. It's still jammed, but as time went on I loosened up a bit and I could at least run and move and shoot. Hopefully each day it gets better and better."
Maybe someone at the Dragons media department should advise shane before he makes statements like this.
The gossip mags would have a field day with a quote like that in other realms.
