It doesn't have much to do with banners, but something I see Boti going for would be to go Goorjian over his penchant for saying the word "thing", as in: "we've got to grind this thing out."

So you could have:

- people dressed - somehow - as "Thing" from the Addams family. Or as those weird creatures from the way-cool book we all read as kids (didn't we?), "Where the Wild Things Are".

- theme song for the night would be Aretha Franklin's song from the original Blues Brothers movie, "Thing" (aka Think). Or "My Favourite Things" from the Sound of Music. Or "Something" by the Beatles. Or the Troggs' "Wild Thing", or...

- Get one of those statue buskers from the Mall - you know, the guys who paint themselves all over and pose as statues - to pose not as Rodin's "The Thinker", but as Goorjian's "The Thinger".

- Um, OK, I think I have officially scraped the bottom of the "thing" barrel - or, should I say, I ground that thing out.

How about something that may actually indicate that you think your own team is any good! I'm not much of a fan of either team but I'd reckon that bagging the opposition just shows that you've got nothing great or inspirational to say about your own guys! How about you hav a banner that shows some faith in your team!Opposition teams LOVE to be bagged, especially at your court!
