Video Taping of Junior Games

Is there a ruling or a law regarding filming of BASA junior basketball games? eg privacy etc.

Yes there is.

Talking to your club Secretary would be a better way of getting the correct information then asking people on here.

You can video and take pictures, but if asked by a UIC or hall manager,you must stop. If a parent of the opposing team requests you to stop or complains, via the UIC/Hall manager,then you must cease. The Hall Manager/UIC has the legal right to prevent anyone from
> taking photos or videoing games in which minors are involved, at

I know it is a reflection on the world we have created, but it is a sad day when you have to 2nd guess taking a camera or home video to your kids sport
