Div 1 College hands down. Although these days (in some cases) High School.

Unless you have some outstanding genetic gifts EG 6foot7 shooting guard or 7foot power forward (none in SA that I know of) I would focus on your education.

Surely the USA College system. Educate your knowledge, basketball ability, and develop as a man/woman. All this and NBA scouts actually respect the system!

The easiest way to get an NBA contract is to be over 7"2'

Seriously, if you're an awesome player and have the opportunity, go to US College. Free degree, life experience, very experienced coaches (for both on and off court).

Having said that, just because you don't play Div 1 US College, doesn't mean you can't make NBA and just because you do go, doesn't mean you will make it.

Easiest way is being an awesome player. Or in the case of Rick Brunson, fantastic agent and right place at the right time!

College easily, its more thletic and closer to the athletism of NBA then NBL. However NBL is a stronger league then College in most respects, thats why our NBL teams cain coillege teams.... but if you play in the USA and excell in college you will learn the american style of play better rather then Australian style.... which is more three point orientated.

As far as Rick Brunson goes, his agent keeps putting him in the right place at the right time! How many different teams for him now..like 6!

Was described as the 'Brunson Burner' after going for 37 against Hobart in Tassie, never forget that nickname!
