NZ Breakers sign import, finalise roster
Carlos Powell is the man joining NZ as a replacement for Rich Melzer and will split minutes at SF/PF with Oscar Forman while Brian Wethers is likely to play SF/SG. Apparently played mostly SF for his team in Portugal.

"Powell ended up as one of my personal favorites of the entire camp."A shade under 6'7" in shoes, wingspan of almost 6'11". Shot at 50%+ from the field in college. Bit average from the three and was around 65% from the stripe at college also.
