Singapores Second Import

The news is that Singapore has signed their second import being a 23 year old American from the Phillipines Basketball League.

Could this be Kelly Williams, formerly of Oakland who played his senior season with Mike Helms in 2003-04 ?

Playing last season in the PBL ( development league) the 195 cm wingman was the no 1 in total points ( ave 17.13) and no 1 in rebounds ( 12.8). He is said to have a great dunk shot and strong rebounding and with dual nationality he has had time in the national Philippines team.
