Whats was the story with Mike Mitchell and his window incident? Didnt he do it after a game and tear his muscles in the arm?

Was after a close game at the Snakepit in Wollongong (can't recall if they won or lost). There were different versions of the story as to whether it was in anger or by accident, but he put his arm through the glass vertical panel that often appears on doors as a way of seeing into the room. The glass was reinforced with wires in a criss-cross fashion, as was common place in older style doors. It wasn't the glass that cut him to ribbons, but rather the wires in the glass. His career was never the same after the incident.
