Anyone know why Mavs decided to pull the plug on tonights Reserves game v South?
I saw they ran with 8 on saturdays game, lack of players? Surely they could get some of their young guys to front..

why waist your players energy on tuesday when they are playing a more important game on saturday in ABL FINALS not reserves crap... it would have to be someone from south to write that. maybe they should worry about how they can make finals in ABL not reserves...
you would think that they would be fit enough to play 2 games in a week...if the reason for pulling out is having a game on saturday - 4 days after a reserve game - then its a cop out IMO and sends a message that a) they are either scared or b) unfit - eiter way not good!

nope. your right, they're scared and have run for the hills! haha, that's laughable.
mavs have pulled out of reserves game as they have recently had a lot of injuries to a group of their reserves players, and are unable to field a decent team, and why drive all the way to morphatvale with a second rate team so they can get belted.
nice to see that now south are out of the real basketball season, the one that counts, the abl season (obviously just werent that good) that they can spend some time having a winge about a reserves game that no one really gives a toss about..

south have always been a bunch of sooks, always seem to be winging and bitching about things that dont seem to bother anyone else - trying putting a good game of bball together fellas then see how you travel

I heard that some of the reserve players for the Mavs have quit due to not getting any court time it ABL. Craig Tonks, and the red head fella Jason and one other(no9?) I believe are the main ones who are usually regulas in ressies, but without them, and the Mavs current injury concerns, the Mavs just simply don't have the numbers to field a reserve team at the moment. Hell, they only suited up 8 against th eagles last saturday night.
