Might have to appreciate box scores for ABA games might be a bit slower getting to Isaac this week. Most stats staff are spread very thinly with the Under 18's, plus getting back for their home games, and also helping out at other venues.

Who scored most of the points for Eastern? Someone must have had a big night for the team to get about 140

Hill had 34 (plus 13 rebs & 5 assists), Madgen 33 (5/8 3s), Stephen Williams 24 (9 boards), Davis 18, Bungey 17 (11 rebs, 4 assists).

Clausen had 36 points & 10 boards for Centrals.

The Mavs quarter by quarter breakdown looks like this : 35, 38, 40, 33. Pretty consistent scoring throughout the game.

Thats Huge for Clausen, really stepped up when the Lions needed him. Will boost his confidence for when he goes over to the US in a few weeks

It was 2 unsportsmanlike fouls actually, which equals a disqualifying. I he fouled some one heavily at mid court with an elbow, the one of the centrals players came up to remonstrate (I think it was Clausen) and he coped an elbow to the chest and went to the ground and that was the second unsportmanslike. I have never seen eastern play but he is a tool.

Oh and add to my post(#88078), how is it that players are allowed to get away with wearing jewelrey on the court. Nic had a earing in his eyebrow and so did Trebilcock, they both had them covered with band aids, but I thought the rule was no jewelrey covered or not.

have seen Campbells poor behaviour once before at Eastern. Either go to anger management classes or control your temper, it doesnt look good for you or your team. Infact its embarrassing.

playing with heart and passion is embarrassing?

and losing by 37 is ... ?

no, playing with heart and passion is not embarrassing, its when you cant control your temper thats embarrassing. If everyone played with heart and passion like Campbell has shown on a couple of occasions the ABA would end up in fist fights and ejections all the time. Rough play is not heart and passion, its dirty.
Losing by 37 has nothing to do with it. No doubt the boys showed a lot of courage and determination. Which goes a lot further than a bad temper.
