Yet Another Sale Update
All 3 bidders have still not put in conforming bids, even though we are 7 days past the deadline.
All 3 want to have concerts there, even if this is possible, it will take 12-24 months at least to get that sorted out.
So this will obviously reduce the bids by a huge amount. With basketball the only thing that can happen there and yearly expenses of over $700,000 I would say none of the 3 would pay more then $1,000,000 for it, and even that is too high as when you think about it the Government just want it off their hands, so maybe $1 will get it.
The team will go for between $350,000-$500,000 remember that last year without money for a venure they still lost over $700,000.
Maybe BASA may get the debt wiped and be able to old on to both the team and stadium.
The girls team will be sold.
Collectively the Dome and the Team will struggle to get over $1,500,000.
