Dragons looking to sign 5-year NBA vet?

Bit of chatter on OzHoops about the Dragons possibly looking to sign an ex-NBA player. Predrag Drobnjak has been named. 6'11", played in the NBA for 5 years, currently playing for Saski Baskonia SAD (AKA Tau Ceramica).

Interestingly, Drobnjak's Wikipedia page suggests that he's still signed to Tau for another couple of years...

In July 2005, he signed a three-year contract with Spanish team TAU CerĂ¡mica.

He's a slow, overweight, lazy, outside-shooting centre. If he decides to pull his finger out and also use his size, he can easily average 20 and 15 in the NBL. However, he's never been known for his inside play, and he fell in love with the 3-point shot too much in his recent NBA seasons

Look at all the ex NBA players that have been in the NBL

Lanard is the only one that i can think of that made an impact over a long period, most have just been a flash in the pan.

Todd Fuller (6'11", age 32) played 5 years in NBA and was with Mark Price and Golden State Warriors in 1997. Ray Owes also in that team.
So, it's not inconceivable that he might be in the mix for the Dragons.

Fuller would be good in NBL with his size/skills, Ritz, I am sure we could list a few questionable NBA players who have done pretty well over here....

Kevin Brooks was very good for the NBL, not to mention he had a couple of very shiny fingers by the time he retired!

Maybe the longest running ex-NBA player in the league?
