Correct me if Im wrong. But, surely he isnt going to sign any contract with the bullets until he is certain of not getting an NBA gig. Also this would then need to get approval from the NBL before any announcement would be made. I'll be very surprised if there is any announcement tomorrow.

CJ is a Brisbane Bullet. You will probably find there is a get out clause if anything opens up for him in the NBA.

You would think it was ratified by the NBL as they have run with the story on their site. How do the Bullets points add up now?

I still wouldnt put them above Melbourne as favourites personally.
They say if he doesnt get an NBA contract he will be in a Bullets Singlet but what if he gets an offer from Europe?
Surely he is going to take that over Brisbane?

Also, Its almost hard to believe that Brisbane havnt used the whole salary cap just on their starters.

I think they would have Skip. They're all 10 point (external) players as well which gives them an expected salary as well.

There are some posts on OzHoops by Cal Bruton talking about CJ's moves. Says that he's interested in playing in Europe, and also that his wife's family has business interests in Brisbane.

Official Announcement to be made today (24/07) In Brisbane.

The Bullets are officially kicking off their pre season training and CJ is being introduced at a press conference at 1330 at Bullets headquarters.

Surely this will remove any excuses that the Bullets and Joey Wright have for any uderachievment this season.
