Why do ref's always think that they have to defend themselves or justify their position on the court?

All Ref's Please Note:
You are NOT the most important part of the game!
The game does NOT revolve around you!
You WILL cop abuse if you make a mistake (but you knew that when you decided to put on the stripes)!
Grow up or get off the court!

To the small percentage of ref's who are human, interact with the players, don't sook when someone has a crack at them and do the job they are paid to do....I commend you.

The only reason that he was available to ref that game was becasue everybody else that could have done the game works during the day.

And this same referee was heard saying to another referee during the state champs "let's screw this coach" and by the 5 min mark of the 1st quarter the coach was out on the pavement. All because of the other ref had this same coach 2 weeks earlier at Mt Barker.

Now Should ref's be accountable for their actions YES THEY SHOULD.

As I wrote before im not talking about JNR'S (except div 1).

If that same ref did that in his ABL game do u think that the evaluator would sit there and say or write down nothing. Sorry Think again.

you wonder why you get sh*t refs every week but you write sh*t like this.
how bout instead of calling people cheats you find out what happened. Talk to Boti and find out what was said about "screwing" at state champs. The comments was to Boti because we were joking that the refs of the previous game were on his game. the reaction was gold, and the conversation ended with "nah, they wouldn't screw you that bad.... they can't hate you that much". Take that how you want, but from looking at that it doesnt look like the refs were cheating aginst you. In fact if anybody should be complaining it should be Boti!!
But you have to find an excuse for you acting like a goose at state champs and the umpires taking care of business. Its junior sport (Mod: Deleted.), ZERO TOLERANCE! Its not ABA. remember that. And now you sit behind your computer, almost 2 months after it happened and say that the refs are sh*t..... (kind of reminds me of how you coach and play)
hope to see more refs throw you out.... actually i'll cheer the 2 refs that have your game tonight if they do it. In fact, i'll buy a slab for any ref who finds a way to get you away from basketball. Make that a keg! There it is in black and white, a keg is on the line people.
