Nike have a deal to be the official footwear partner 2007/08 season. Unless the NBL has a better deal i doubt they would leave it (unless nike pulled the plug)

If Nike have stopped sponsoring the NBL (To be honest I didnt know they were a sponsor) It could well be to do with the Socceroos. They are pumping a heck of a lot of money into them at the moment and they are definetly the flavour of the month (and the year even).
