Centrals Players MIA

Can anyone enlighten me about where Justin Wilkey was on the weekend for Centrals for both games, is he injured?
Also Paul Vandenbergh was missing for Sundays clash?

What happened with the centrals women on sunday? losing by 20 points to woodville when they have been more competitive with stronger teams during the season? were any of their players MIA or just a bad day for them?
No offence to woodville, they have stepped up a notch or two lately, but didnt pick em to be 20points better than the lions.

As long as Centrals women cant be coached to beat a slack double team full court press they wont win a game, I would go as far to say longer than there last losing streak - sorry girls but woodville's press isnt that hard, when u actually broke it down you scored.

Shooting at 30% doesnt help either, especially when you jack up 3 pointers and your only rebounder is on the bench.

I for one would love to see a successfull Central's but it aint going to happen any time soon - sadly.

Hard to say that the men were MIA on Saturday night considering they SMACKED the Tigers.

Woodville actually played good defence all the way through - the game was very close at half time even though Woodville was doing all the hard work.

Justin wilkey "groin"
Chris clausen" hip flexing problem" dont ask me what that is exaclty.
graves " reoccuring shin splints
Reggie" bad ankle possibly surgery hes trying to avoid it so he only played one game.
Saturday night clayton was at a wedding. so as you may have noticed alot of the juniors have being gettin a run lately.

Hip flexor is the muscle on the front of your hip. It is advisable that every basketball player stretch this muscle gently during their stretching routine, as it gets more use than you'd probably realise, and it's pretty uncomfortable if there's a problem with it

There seems to be a lot of injuries out there this season. Would it be due to anything in particular, bad courts (game/trainings), over training, not enough stretching before and after??? Or is it just bad luck??? Should we start calling them the Luckless Lions???
So how are the boys going to fair up for this weekends games???
