All we here about is the best div 1 or 2 coaches. I would have to say that all Clubs would have coaches who year in year out do a great job in the lower division or Under 10's.
Who are these people working away without the Glory. Some may even suggest their skills although different to a top division coach may actually be better.
i think michael christian(eagles) is the best under 10 coach i have seen and hellen Ahmatt from south is an awsome coach, shes been the south div 1 under 10's coac for nearly 20 years.she was my first coach and did a grea job,if only south did some recruiting she would win some more!!

Last a team in Div 1 who didnt win a game in the summer season to a grand final match in the winter. Which they loss but Kym was in Singapore.
