great tourny - excellent amount of teams

can you please try to balance SA and vic teams

nothing more dissapointing than getting all SA teams in one pool and all vics in another

I know you can't fully crank the draw - but why not draw from 2 hats - ie one interstate hat and another sa hat

Thats what we want
