The ABA basically requires a 20% win/loss ratio to stay in the ABA.

good on them - if they would have shot better they would have won by 20 or more points - woodville are too young and need to use what little experience they have for a while. what a long season it will be for them.
it will be a long season for both teams. Glad Centrals won there 1st game in many years.
Fantastic, congratulations to the Centrals girls, the drought is finally over.
It would be so hard to turn up every week and lose so what a confidence boost!

the last game they won was against the "riverland" maybe 5 years ago.
"Go Girls" the win should give them confidence.
think they forgot how to win.
experienced players make all the difference, and with a mix of the younger ones as well, things can only improve

The last time both Centrals men and women won was in fact in August 1998, some 6-and-a-half years ago, when the 2 teams swept West Adelaide at the Lions old homecourt in Elizabeth. The twin success ranks among the biggest State League upset results of all time.
