I think the ABL (or applicable state league) should have a rule that all teams must have their rosters available on their websites by March 1.

just thought i would take a look to see if perhaps clubs have put their rosters online only 1 club had updated information. the rest either had last years info up still or blank pages. When did the rockets launch their new site it looks pretty good.

I don't see any other club reporting the issues with BASA other than Forestville. Have a look at the South President's Report.
The full Club web site is excellent.
