How come Rebecca Duke could play for WA after living in SA for a year and playing for the Fellas, while Angela Marino last year was not allowed to play for SA because she was living in ACT and playing for Canberra?????
After the request was put in last year. BA decided to change the rule.

except that DOWDELL was not allowed to play fr NSW in the mens comp, but made to play for WA
dowdell was allowed to play for nsw. he jus couldnt make any trainings and coach beveridge decided it better to not pick him.
the ruling is that if u leave your state for basketball purposes eg ais or nbl u can still play for your old state.
