How about Vince jumping over Freddy Weis in 2000. That was deffinatley the best game dunk I have ever seen.
Also, any dunk on Yao or Shawn Bradley.

actually now i think about it, this thread sucks. How is a dunk the greatest moment in the entire history of basketball?

ahh k

what about 8 ships in a row by the celtics

or magik starts center and gets 42 15 7 and wins the finals MVP in rookie year

or magik baby hook game 4 1987 finals

or MJ 1998(i think) against utah "the shot"

but im sorry maybe these historical moments cant compete with a couple of dunk comps.

come on people get serious

I thought when reggie miller said goodbye to the Indiana crowd last year after his last game. And how the other team called a timeout to let him cherish the moment. It brings a tear to my eye.

You guys all suck.....LOL

The GREATEST moment EVER in basketball would have to be T-mac getting the steal at the defensive foul line, passing it to Yao at halfcourt wo GOES BEHIND THE BACK..... jogs down and nails the jam....

i mean c'mon YAO 7"6 goin behind the back!!!!
