Weaver and Buford were very good. Demopoulous was dumb. Perth had a guy too following the Gleeson years who was very underwhelming.

Weaver and Buford were very good, they also had exceptional teams. Wells has a good team but Harrell who I think is a great entertainer is a poor defender, Martin has been a shadow due to fitness and most team lack defensive qualities.

Harrell is all about me,me,me. Wells is just another American with nba on his resume who probably never had to handle or discipline any of the nba Prima Donna's. It’s a huge jump from being a career assistant coach to the head coach.
