After last night's absolute beauty this probably won’t reach those heights imo. Hopefully I’m proved wrong, even my better half got excited last night. Can not see anything but a hawks win, to deep, to talented. Taipans last start winners so could show some resistance but expecting hawks be ten plus.

NZ's scoring is up & down while the Hawks just stay pouring in the buckets.

Turned the game off at 3QT. Does the final close score reflect a genuine Breakers fight back, or did the Hawks play the 3rd unit the whole quarter?

Breakers kept at it which is good, Mooney shooting the lights out certainly helped. Isn't Fall second year an option, they would want to hope so. Missed a couple buckets today but Olbrich is going to be a weapon if he stays in nbl. Hawks certainly looking favourites. Bogut so good on commentary.

Fall is like a talking dog, something you don't see everyday but ultimately pretty useless.
In a thread the other day there were some saying how he signed because Gillespie got up and left which is factually true. But management really made it untenable for him to stick around. Maybe the Breakers couldn't continue their opening form, but the correlation of Fall coming in is noticeable, injuries didn't help but players roles seemed to change.
Some strange things happening this year, this situation, Martin being signed injured and given months to get fit, Sydney bringing over an unfit player and some other imports that are definitely struggling. Signing imports is never an exact science, but GMs are pretty ordinary ATM.

A talking dog would be a bit more of a sensation than Tacko Fall.
A nice easy win for the Hawks. Second half was annoying, but it was never really in doubt.
