Tacko obviously doesn't realise hitting the backboard is goaltending

Bolden and PJC playing very well. Mooney can't make a shot or lay up. Oliver and Toohey for kings, certainly don’t see the advantage Tacko gives.

PJC letting Cotton and Davis no he's still in mvp race.

PJC is such a great player, good game happening here. Noi can shoot but his D is very average. Mennenga has gone back to last seasons Mennenga, just gone average.

We all saw that swooping sky hook shot off the window. Isn't the obvious nickname for Karim Lopez Dr K?

Lopez is going to better than good, 17 years old, got improve his D and three point shot, he's got time.

Did the Breakers playing kits fade poorly in the wash? They look horrible on the telecast.

Lopez off and game swinging to kings. PJC been unbelievable.

Absolutely stick a fork in Nz, they are done.
Be lucky to win another game this season.
Real shame as they were fun to watch pre Fiba break.

LOL imagine seeing the New Zealand Breakers and Cairns Taipans in your league and claiming it is the 2nd best league in the world
Surely it is the best league in the world.
When NBL teams go there and get absolutely humiliated means nothing.
The NBL is the BEST league in the world
The Kings would absolute KILL the Boston Celtics.
Dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

Breakers a little unlucky, Mooney could not chuck it in the ocean, Bolden could not make a shot after hitting first two. Mennenga gone backwards. Lopez twisted ankle at exactly wrong time. Kop did an excellent job coaching, his side just rely so much on PJC and bar a couple others are very average.
Kings so strong across nine, ten players, no how to work the refs. Adams, Cooks are clever players, it helps. Toohey very good, Noi shooting the lights out. The rest chip in at both ends.

Coach kop can take a fair bit of the blame for that loss. Terrible lineup in the latter stages and let them lose their lead by jacking up threes

At the end of the day, the Kings are a big market team and they will bring in the $$ for the owner of the league.
Of course they will get the benefit of the whistle

Does that make it 7-3 with Gillespie, 0-7 with Fall? Amazing love the ownership group here

I have been following the NBL since the Breakers inception and have never lost interest in the season, the way I have this year (not even the COVID hell season). I feel sorry for the coaches and players, they effectively need to play two styles offensively and defensively: one with Tacko and one without. It's miserable and no wonder Mennenga, Mooney and others are out of form and confidence. It’s such a shame because it’s a good young roster, Lopez is going to be a star, and PJC was a good chance of sticking around and naturalising but I’d be very surprised to see him back after this nonsense.

They should open all doors to get PJC naturalised, not like the Cotton fiasco in Australia, he'd be a great asset to NZ national team, and most his wage could be on the marquee list.

Right on essenx.
I don't need them to be winning to support. Just giving it all and punching above their weight. But this ownership group have self sabotaged the team and culture in an attempt to make more money and the team more saleable i believe.
It's another example of Walsh lying to and misleading fans (he said earlier this year tacko wouldn't be playing for the Breakers this season)
Unfortunately I'd already bought tickets for another game but won't be heading to any others after that. I can't stomach the idea of giving Walsh my money
