way too early to get too excited about that. We all know South will do way better in girls state. still more player movement to take place. Norwood or South for overall state IMO

Concerning the same 4 teams are bottom placed across the categories. Not sure the tighter transfer rules are going to help these club retain their best players.

These new transfer rules are going to make the strong stronger and the weak weaker and for a more uneven competition.

Restrictions never work. Always favour the strong. Never even playing court. Strong will always attract or extract the talent from the lesser..curiously how they can dev their pool by siphoning off the talent at others expense and claim others need to improve.
