Breakers Vs Kings

NZ and Sydney play in Wellington tonight.

The Breakers have bought in Tai Wynyard as injury cover for their depleted bigs.

Sydney should get this based on how many guys are out for NZ and how they have played as of late.

He's not listed as out on the NBL website.
It’s not like he’s playable defensively.

Surely we will see some zone this time and hopefully Tacko brings some effort. He's got some bad habits from China camping under the hoop expecting rebounds.

Pretty sure I read Tacko only averaged 8 and 6 in China which given they play 48 min games and it's well below NBL standard it makes the Breakers signing of him even more bizarre. He was always going to struggle in the NBL.

Which breakers turn up, which kings turn up. I just think kings got more to lose and will get this.

Sydney have been dragged down a level by NZ's ineptness but are still killing them atm.

They need another ball handler to help PJC, Mccaron not even playing. SEM got surplus guards should chance one of them.

Taco can't even take a rebound, it’s killed this team. Now a dumb foul. He’s woeful

The coach and PJC have been let down by the nz management. Who's the injury replacement for Bolden, Mccaron been what it’s been for last three season. PJC would and deserves big money but the balance can’t be on mega coin.

Tacko's only been on the court for about four minutes. I said in another thread that the person that’s really missing right now is Bolden.

Lopez been great but he's very young. Mennenga and PJC been fantastic but they have runout steam. Kings in second gear and kicking arse. Game over with more than quarter to go. Oh my taco.

The game felt over in the first 5 minutes, but thankfully NZ started finding their range and kept it respectable for a good while.
Lopez is forced to do more than he should need to, but is hanging in there well. I wish he had more help.

Tacko was plus six when he was on the floor, amazing. Breakers letting a good season start slip, yes they have injuries, there bench just play the extra minutes required of them through injury run. Kings rolling, certainly not favourites, should finish top 2/3 though.

That Adams alley-oop to Oliver is one of my favourite plays of the year

Worrying signs for the Breakers and I think the travel and resultant injuries is only starting to show in recent games. Mennenga has been gassed and I think that's why Mooney has been off the pace too. King has lot his early season spark too. Too early to write their season off, but they need to still get the odd win here and there to maintain proximity to the top 4 while they work themselves out.

Dead right Luuuc too much expected from Lopez... and breakers lost their offence patterns completely which have made it harder for him to just play his role

PJC playing incredibly well and holding things together.

The breakers may find their way once bolden is back but only to sneak their way into play in I suspect
