Not usually happy giving up 31 in a quarter but can live with it this one time

Scoring feast I kid you not 39- 31 at quarter time. Unbelievable, like an nba game.

Well, that 1st qtr was just ridiculous. 39-31.

How many NBA games are close to 47-37 at quarter-time?

And now a whistle fest in the 2nd as players try to get physical and refs get bored.

Henshall unconscious offensively, but looking pretty rough on the other end.

You are probably right but it was nba type D. This season is wide open, some of the favourites not as far ahead as most thought.

The eventual fadeout has arrived and it isn't even the fourth quarter yet.

Shouldn't hawks be on 105 now after the 3pt play?

Enjoyable game. Ridiculous shooting by Perth, Hawks did well to stay in the game.

A win is a win but 105 points conceded in a 40 minute game...

Pinder to good for Froling, Tatum assistant coaches are not as good as the two young guys from last season. Kell sorely missing. He's been injured for every club he’s played with in nbl. Both coaches riding the refs very hard. Bryce who, am joking but who’d have thought. Doolittle and Windler looking two very good imports, Henshal shooting the lights out. Can someone tell Hooley that anyone under 22 that makes a couple shots isn’t nba ready. Perth should be extremely satisfied, hawks slipping from favourites.

I like a close game, I like buckets, I like winning, amd that was fun, but I didn't really rate the game.

Hawks don't have anything to worry about. They have a good balance of inside and outside scoring and Hickey keeps getting better each game. They just came up against a perth team on fire. They wont be seeing scoring efficiency like that very often.

Good to see Windler finally show what he's capable of. Has all the attributes the cats need. Pinder playing with confidence again has been important the last two games also.

Great spectacle but the only blight on the game was Tatum going at the refs all night it really set a poor example for his team. Surprised he didn't get teed again tbh.

I liked the decision from JR that Pinder could handle the middle but the hawks weren't going to get an open bail out three. But it would be better if the cats could get in front on transition.

The hawks did well pushing the pace but struggled defending the hand off.
