Probably Sydney's season to lose. Townsville and Southside to challenge. Bendigo 4th? With general level of teams being unknown it should be competitive at least. I can't remember a season starting so "meh". It feels like no momentum at all.

She was used the same way at Atlanta, and with similar results. I never saw any of her college games so not sure how she was used there, but was a top player on a national champion team so was obviously effective.
I feel like she'd be better utilised playing out of the post and bullying smaller defenders, passing out of doubles, etc.

Geelong Venue lighting poor. If you watch NBL1 some nights they turned all the grandstand lights off , but that blue glow was annoying last night. Boxes real close to the side line also , what's with that ?.

Southside lacking a lot of depth I think. Cole had a shocker. Lynx shot the lights out - When they're on, they're on, and will live and die by the three. Southside looks a strong player short to me, with Rocci and Kunek needed to play huge minutes.

The competition doesn't seem to be as strong this year, although I thought the same last year as well. Looks to be a bit of a change over period the last few years, with a lot of strong players retiring or opting to go overseas and new ones coming in.

Geelong looked shocking, actually that whole game was hard to watch. Adelaide were also poor with an uncharacteristically bad game for Borlase. Shall be an interesting season.
