Much better game than I expected in the first half. Harrell is a beast, more impressed with how well he defends without fouling than I am the Shaq-esque dunks.

Ridiculous unsportsmanlike. A foul yes, but he was playing the ball, don't see anything warranting an upgrade

Looks like another tough year for the Sixers. That was pretty woeful performance last night.
Won't win anything when you have Humphries, Dech and Davis in your starting five.
I don’t see why Humphries is regarded that good a player. He’s terrible! Slow, soft, poor shot shooter (air balling post moves missing layups) and is a light post on defence (players walking around him to the rim) and offers no rim protection. How the hell he starts over Harrell is beyond me. The plus minus between the two must speak volumes.
Dech is a bench player in the NBL not a starter. Ok defender with limited offensive game.
As for Davis, why do we see the other teams get these really good import guards and Adelaide gets ones that just aren’t the same calibre.
Gonna be an another missed season if things don’t change quickly.

The big problem is that the team is centred around two inconsistent players.
Humphries will provide decent output over the season but no way dominate.
Vasiljevic isn't even worth a starters spot. Just bring off the bench and if he's hot ride with it. If not send him back to the bench.
Silly to spend so much on a hot and cold shooting guard. Which has left the team with little to spend on a quality PG.
Hard to blame davis, he looks like he's got a lot of potential. Needs to be managed into the season. The problem is the coach and roster, not davis

Davis was plus 6, did take some poor options down the stretch, certainly when DJV was open a few time and he went hero ball but, Humphries @-24, DJV @-12 and Dech @-14 certainly didn't help. Harrell is holding this side together and with Humphries and DJV being marquee players it’s not looking great again. SEM probably won’t agree to it this season but they should be try to get Creek for next. Humphries can be magnificent but also comes across as an emotional type of person, so maybe the coach change hasn’t sat well.

Sixers looked a lot like they did when coached by CJ, except when Harrell was on court setting things up. Giving up lots of 3's. Back to playing Dech as a starter and Humphries losing all his confidence. Next game is a big test on Wells, so obvious that the team looks better with Harrell on the court, Wells has to reward him and start over Humphries next game. Sixers have two totally seperate groups depending on wether Harrell is sitting. Without him Sixers probably lose by 15-20pts.

Yes, they cut away to the highlight when that happened and I don't think they so much as mention it. Just a typical remotely commentated game.
