Breakers have been looking for a long wing with great 3 point shooting. Probably makes sense with their success with Dieng, Rupert and Rubstavicius (disappointed not to see him sign in the NBA, didn't look out of place at all at SL, and maybe teams think he has already reached his ceiling). Lopez fits the bill. Interesting that he will be sticking around for two years to develop. I think that mentality would benefit a number of next stars, the one-and-done can be unrealistic.

Yeah agree essenx, that's what I like it's the two years prior to draft. Far more potential for both club and player.

Breakers learnt from rj hampton that the reliance on a next star at guard is unrealistic so explicitly changed their criteria

17 y/o would have to be the next Lebron to have any impact this season

Almansa and Malique Lewis on the other hand, both 19 and with a G-League season behind them, Look like they'll make an impact immediately
