Koop leaving the coop??

Rumour doing the rounds is that after two rounds Koop has left the North Adelaide Rockets. Any truth to this or is it an April Fools joke?

If he's jumped ship cause things are too hard right now well that's not representing good character. I think the issue lies deeper with Rockets coach, etc. Players just wanting to do their own thing and no direction or structure. Maybe some egos need to be checked as well. You can have 2/3 top scorers on your team - great - however if no one wants to deal with them then you have a much bigger issue.

His brothers season is over which is sad cause we wanted to see what he was capable of doing.

However, let's not take anything away from Sturt - they taught the Rockets about teamwork cause they were all on fire!

Turns out he posted a message in the group chat about him quitting, apparently all of the players and coaching staff were happy with the decision until they found out it was an April fools joke.
