Camps for Boomers, Opals, U17 WC B + G 07/08, U18 Asia B + G 06/07, U15 Oceania B + G 09/10 all next year

Assume those camps are named after the relevant AJC for u19/17/15 groups?

Are there competitions where the 06/07 or 08/09 (instead of 07/08 or 09/10)represent the national teams? If not it seems harsh for bottom aged kids to get a fair go because they could be up to 20+ months younger.
