I was wondering if there is competitive/semi-competitive basketball in Adelaide for Adelaide on Saturday afternoons?
I would prefer to play on a Saturday rather than in the evening if possible.

As you are now 73 years old DrJ, I can understand why afternoons would suit better than evenings.

SAABL is a comp that runs on Saturday afternoons during the winter. From approx May - September. Very well run league, Div 1 is a high standard level of basketball. Alot of ex state league players / fringe NBL 1 Central players.

Depends on what you want.
If you want casual/social leagues with not much at stake, go church league
If you want a high-level league, go SAABL
