Tiana Mangakahia retires

Absolutely devastating. She has retired due to her ongoing battle with breast cancer.

This sucks. Followed Tiana since she was an U12 baller in Brisbane. Enjoyed her game. Truly hope she gets past this hurdle and is back on the sidelines in her own time.

Very sad to hear. Highly talented player and fun to watch on court. Hope to see her on the sidelines in the future.

Absolutely heartbreaking news for anyone but more so for me so young, thought she had this beaten, hopefully she wins this tough battle ahead of her

All the best to her and her family. Fvckn cancer!

Did so well last season, was definitely in the mix for a guard sport in the Opals. :(
