National junior classic

Can teams finishing 5th in VC after round 9 still make classic if they apply and another team doesn't accept their spot

Yes, it happened last year in the u16 Girls, Keilor finished 5th in their pool but got in because Gippsland United were not allowed entry.

Always look forward to the Classic every year. Looking forward to seeing the Sydney teams come down, especially the Bankstown Bruins led by Jessie May Hall. Manly and Norths look to be the other two strong Sydney teams, with Norths having four State players in their side and Manly with two. The women's u18s comp looks like a cracker this year.

Teams have started to be notified. Interesting to see if teams outside of VIC, SA and NSW/ACT nominated.
