Shannon Scott to Bullets

Shannon Scott signed with the Bullets.

Had modest numbers for Taipans, can he bring more to the Bullets?

Alright signing with the money spent on Baynes and Sobey one of the imports was going to be budget.

Need to hit on the SF

This is the elite point guard Brisbane so desperately needed? Ok then.

Scott and Norton should be a good point guard combination, neither has to be prime scorer which should allow Baynes and Sobey to take control offensively.

Agree good signing. I was kind of hoping my Sixers were trying to snag him.

Typical unimaginative move by Bullets, taking ex-Taipans.

DJ Hogg would be a good pick up at F

This guy brings exactly what the Bullets need. Perimeter defence (badly needed), solid enough floor spacing, playmaking.

Will take the ball out of Sobey's hands. If he has the ball more than Sobey, it's a good thing.

Much better D, offense will depend on the sf and possible ns they get.

I like the signing - Scott massively exceeded my expectations last year, but yeah, the SF is going to need to be an elite scorer for this squad to make noise, barring a Pinder-esque leap from Mitchell.

Bullets looking like
Shannon Scott, Mitchell Norton, Nathan Sobey, Isaac White, Sam McDaniel, DJ Mitchell, Josh Bannan, Aron Baynes, Tyrell Harrison
Scott/Norton
Sobey/White
Import/McDaniel
Mitchell/Bannan
Baynes/Harrison

One more local spot, one more import spot plus development players.

Rumour is Stattman will go back to dp this season. Bullets need to hit on the import SF. Wouldn't mind DJ Hogg.
