Wildcats vs Hawks, Jan 27th

6:30pm WA
9:30pm AEDT

Mitch Norton returns from injury.
Tai Webster will suit up (in order to qualify for playoffs) but won't play.

Cats play @ Tassie on Sunday so can't go too short with their rotations.

Fantastic interview, a Mann of true character.

Perth need the win and hopefully do the job properly and put hawks out there miserable season.

Trev is a childhood hero for a lot of cats fans what a bloody legend TT!

If Rillie has to call a timeout in the first couple of minutes to remind the team about rebounding we are toast. Norton needs to straightjacket Harvey from the tip, carn Mitch.

Good on TT.

It's a shame he wasn't able to share it with the world at that time.

Unfortunately the world was a different place back then.

Trev suggested the Wildcats knew about it back then, credit to the Wildcats for being tolerant.

Wildcats defense is beyond shocking.
Absolutely zero chance they get anywhere near winning this comp.

LOL imnagine giving up 55 points in a half to this Hawks team and thinking you are going to go toe to toe with the Kings in series in the finals lol.
Wildcats are not winning anything this season.

Manek can be such a hot and cold player, nothing in between.

Unless the Cats are sinking a crazy amount of 3s at a high %, they have absolutely no ability to defend.

I find it interesting. The cats built there dynasty on defense.

Its like new coaches come in and for the sake of putting there own print on the team they tear down what was so successful.

Rillie is a clown

Ollie getting early minutes is interesting, I'm glad to see it

I honestly wouldn't mind it if the Wildcats failed to qualify for the play-in as SEG really need to wake up to themselves regarding who they installed as GM.

Cotton playing every single minute.
LOL imagine needing your superstar every minute to play a rubbish Hawks team?
Rillie is running Cotton to the ground.
He needs him out there to overcome his massive shortages in coaching ability

lol Wildcats in less than 48 hours have to play another game, on the other side of the country.
Cotton has played every single minute tonight.
Good luck on Sunday Perth.

Blanchfield got two more years on his contract, what's happening there ?. Seems strange unless he’s agreed to leave, maybe Travers is gone. Any answers out there.

I'd like to invest in Manek and let him grow with the club.

Enjoyable 56-31 2nd half, with Manek's posterisation of Grida the exclamation mark.
Very tasty dunk indeed.

I like his stomping the ground after his massive dunk. The guy has got bizzas. He should be signed for 3 yrs after this !

This guy is the real thing - offensive and getting to know defence playing with Wagstaff and Norton. Give him another year, he can be better than Kay once he gets the hang of it.

Amazing what happens when Perth decides to try on defensive end. The first half was reminiscent of the Phoenix game when they allowed the Phoenix team to shoot everything without a hand up or got slaughtered on the offensive glass. That's not going to cut it against the Kings or Breakers. Second half was a lot better

"Give him another year, he can be better than Kay once he gets the hang of it."

He's got a way to go to shine Kay's shoes. That guy does everything well. But I think Manek should be kept if Kay isn't coming back, he's definitely going to be a player.
