DJ out tonight.

Could be opportunitity to see how Sotto or Acouth go next to Franks, or starting Franks at 5.

I'm going to back the underperforming bullets to beat the underperforming Sixers. Just think Sobey will have a big game. Neither side to play finals.

Pressure's on CJ to show how well the team can go when DJ doesn’t start. Couldn’t find an easier opponent, given how Hawks have become so competitive of late

What's our home record? 2-4?
Can see I being 2-5 after tonight. Not a great way to attract more fans!

They said he has gastro - the idea of coming off the bench gave him the sh*ts

Dunkman, what is your fascination with tipping the Blanks? Did you not learn from your previous folly? :)

Baynes and Sobey go to bench and Brisbane go on 11 to 0 run. Maybe they sacked the wrong person.

Baynes on 750g, he's either hurt or not interested. Bach been very good for Brisbane, playing both ends.

Sobey -23, Baynes-22, Bach-1, Froling-1, yes they have played less minutes but the side hasn't gone backwards at a rate of knots when they are on. Sobey and Froling arguing, Duncan is probably sitting at home counting his money and glad to be out there. Club needs a total clean out from the top down, including probably there two highest paid players, who are either injured or put the cue in the rack.

You can’t judge Sixers on what’s happening today.

If you ever want to know what a "professional team" that has QUIT looks like, look at this Bullets team.
This team is brand damaging to the NBL.
Just a collection of players who are only interested in padding there offense stats.
Have absolutely no desire to try and win games.
They ain't wasting energy defending.
Its all about stat padding for the offense and thinking a big club overseas will just look at your stats and pick you up.

Sobey has given up, that's for sure. Some embarrassing efforts tonight. Wouldn’t have dished that up For Joey ;)

I was hoping that the rings would stay on, with Cleveland's massive dunks.
Later, he told Erin Phillips that it was a game they were expected to win and caint judge a lot from it.
He speaks well, as does Erin Phillips.

If Sobey has given up, they had better adjust his pay packet to suit. The side looked better with him and Baynes on the bench.

I heard Sobey was actually sick for the game, so that may at least partially explain him being a non-entity out there!

Long Covid maybe? ;-)

Or Sobey might just be done as a top tier player at this point.
