Brisbane should be last place, cairns not looking to bad. SEM also to short a price. Sydney and Melbourne, to early on the rest imo.

Illawarra at 9.00 is ridiculous. They'll be fighting for the wooden spoon. No Goorj, no Cleveland, Reath won’t be back, no Jessup, Harvey wasn’t what he was in the first season, Sam Froling took a step backwards, and no one knows what Jackomas will be like as a head coach. They’ll be lucky to win 10 games.

I find it funny how hawks went from big budget team in the last two seasons to now have to reign in spending. It's tough on a first year coach.

It feels like the most unpredictable time in the NBL right now in years

It's way too early for odds when we don’t even know what imports Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane are bringing in.

I think we might see less of a gap that say Sydney Perth or Melbourne have had in the past.
Illawarra to go down a few notches but stay competitive as a result of the players they've managed to keep.
NZ being home at last they’ll shoot up in the competitiveness stakes.
Adelaide might actually have a year where imports aren’t a shitshow, so they *should* be better.
Questions will be Brissy - can they do a bit better?
Can Cairns handle the rest of the league?
Will covid ruin things?
Will injuries disappoint?

Why would you have NZ so low if they end up playing their home games in NZ?
Are you basing that on expecting them not to? Or based on last years' results or based on the roster this year?

Roster heavily depleted, no Wetzell, no delany, no Webster, no imports from last season etc
They bring in Gliddon and Vodanovich... and so far they have 1 import in pardon, untested ns in Rupert and local college returnee Fotu.
They keep Loe who is passed it and timmins, limited exp
Only good thing is Abecrombie back and wmw.

They need law and a 5 star pg and hope they can pinch another local

Duop Reath and Sunday Dech are very close friends... I would not put it past Reath to sign with Adelaide... they have an open cheque book this season as with SEM. Championship or bust.

Re: the Sixers an open cheque book or just no JVG to blow it all on risky players ala Isaac Humphries or Eric Griffin?

Zodiac, Plus whatever they paid Jeff Van Groggy... he would price himself extremely high based off his ego alone and his greatest achievement of getting Bogut to come to the obviously strapped for cash, small-town Sydney King's.

Good odds for MU IFF they bring in new import/s and make some changes.
Do bookies know it's not gonna happen?

Money to be made here, I'd say half of those are incorrect...
