Franks to play Summer League for Celtics

Hoping he does well, but not too well.

Also hoping 36ers handle it better than last time if he gets an NBA contract

Hopefully he does better than Law, who in hindsight probably wishes he sat after that first made basket near the start of the game based on what came after.
