Cam Luke has reported on free agency market watch that a player is considering participating in a reality TV show that would rule them out of the 22-23 season. His hints on who the player is:
- non Australian
- would've played around 20 minutes or more per game
- one of his favourite players
Anyone know who it is?

So non-Australian, 20+ minutes per game, and you'd have to assume no grander NBA etc aspirations, i.e. both able to 'afford' to take a season off career-wise, and/or, where the money and off court exposure with this offer might seem like something that's too good to refuse.
That's got to be a pretty short list. You could probably work backwards by ruling people out. And then I guess it depends on what type of show it is, e.g. if it's one of these awful dating shows, then the guy has to be single (you'd think).

Non-Australian... sounds like we're talking about a Kiwi potentially. They didnt say import and I think most imports get much more than that

I'd guess someone suitable/inclined to go on a survival-type show.
Machado's NBL prospects have probably taken a hit.

Couldn't see it being Ian Clark. He could conceivably get another NBA gig + if not, could likely earn more than Channel '?' is offering with a gig in China or Europe + just doesn't seem the type (personality-wise).

Did he specify it was someone who was in the league last season or even an Australian reality show?
Thinking it has to be a Kiwi. Maybe one of the Websters? Pledger?

Said not Aussie (ie could be kiwi or import), and it would mean they can't play this season (ie probably played last season/current player)
