Probably not because it's based on where you live i.e. your primary residence which would still be in Perth.

Having said that no way Cotton would leave Perth for a 10 day contract anyway. Sykes got a 2 year deal and it would probably take something like that a 1/2 year deal for a guy like him to leave.
