Good thing they've got their starting centre back. Mooney will have to shift to the 4 spot if he wants to return.

Is this what we're expecting if Cotton naturalises? I'm not 100% convinced that we will use 3 imports even if Cotton does naturalise. I'd expect 2 starting imports, and if Mitch got paid, then I'd say they would be at the PF and C spot. With maybe a budget import at SF or at PG if White isn't retained...

PG: Norton/White?
SG: Cotton/Travers
SF: Blanchfield/Import/DP
PF: Import/Wagstaff/DP
C: Import/Majok

Damn, that's a nice squad. Especially if one of those imports is Mooney, which I think is a possibility. I don’t think he’s likely to make the NBA but he would be very good in some strong euro systems.

If he can't quite crack NBA, I think he'd come back to Australia rather than go to Europe, he seems like he was quite comfortable in Perth.

If I were a gambling person I would bet Perth will keep the 3rd import slot as insurance.

Someone like Sherville could fill a slot at a lower price. Travers seems to be able to play at the 1, 3, 4 so could fit in where needed.

11 playing spots right? So you can have more on the roster, only 11 can suit up though. Is that correct?

We might see Wagstaff sit out some games possibly in that Lucas Walker training role.

Also forgot about Shervill, doubt we'll let him go, but may still be a DP.

I don't think it's out of the question that we bring back both Mooney and Plumlee. They know the system, they fit in well with the rest of the team. It would also take the defensive pressure off Mooney to focus on his offensive gifts.
