As, the NBL ends for the year, how about a son of a gun team. By that, I mean current players who had a Dad play NBL. So:

Jason Cadee
Keanu Pinder
Harry Froling
Sam Froling
Xavier Cooks
Tad Dufelmeir Jr
Kendall Stephens
Jack Purchase
Sam McDaniel
Tanner Krebs
Coach: CJ
They could give it a good shot?
Ben Simmons as a DP. Work hard on his free throws and he could crack a spot on the permanent roster.

Doesn't Luc Longley belong in the team? Both of his parents were athletes, I think, and that mum played ball for Aust????

Yes, though excluded by "current players". Otherwise there are loads more.

Luc Longley did play NBL.
His father played too (National team I think)

My mindset was current NBL players (and, in CJ's case, a current coach). So, Luc and the current NBA players don't meet my rules! But, I've added Luc (and Greg Vanderjagt) as Assistant coaches!
And, yes, Dane Pineau makes the squad with Callum Dalton as a DP.
