Julius Randle wins NBA Most Improved

Presented with the award by his son. Went from 20/10/3 on the 21-45 Knicks to 24/10/6 and NY going 41-31 and first post-season appearance since 2012/13. Bumped 3P% from 28% to 41%.

98/100 first place votes. Grant from Detroit second, Porter Jr from Denver third.

...becoming just the second player in NBA history to average 20/10/5 on 40% shooting from three in a season, joining Boston Celtics legend Larry Bird...

Yeah easy choice, though Grant was also very much improved.

Interesting to see he got 98/100 first place votes, one second and then one voter didn't have him in their top 3.

While he put up a great year I'm surprised grant didn’t get it as he went from a role payer to a near 20ppg scorer

I remembered Stephen A Smith not being that happy to pay Randle $20m per year, in his classic Knicks rant.
