I've always been amazed by Shane Heal the guy always lands on his feet and never fails to find a sucker somewhere.

At least this time his daughter will be deserving of the big minutes.

It's funny how the Heal situation with his daughter is virtually identical to that of his close friend Brendan Joyce and his son. Joyce force fed Daniel big minutes at the Gold Coast Blaze despite not being NBL standard.

When it was obvious Demopoulos was gone from United Heal kept relentlessly recommending Joyce for the coaching position during TV commentary. This happened well before he became a player agent and notoriously started hyping his clients up as being NBA calibre.

Now that Paul Smith is part of the circle jerk club maybe Brendan can hit him up for an NBL return via Shane.

Extremely bad blood between the two with comments allegedly made by Kruger about Heal's family. Can't swear to the facts there

What I can vividly remember to this day is the preseason practice match Kings v Hawks at Sutherland and the sound of Heal's fist connecting with Kruger's jaw as some revenge was sought. Sparked a massive brawl but it was very much a personal thing that started it. Heal just walked up and clocked him out of nowhere

The mention of Heal generates comments about :

- His assaults.
- His financial dealings.
- His connections / agency.
- His daughter's minutes.
- Even poor Derek Rucker gets roped into it.

Some of these comments lean towards slander also.

Derek Rucker committed fraud. Admitted to it in a court of law. But it happened in Gladstone Lovebroker and we all know how you perceive communities outside metro areas so likely doesn't count in your opinion...the bloke is a disgrace.

Haven't read the thread and nor do I read all threads, and no one has reported any of the posts.

Can't win. Lock a thread or remove posts and people complain about free speech and censorship. Leave anything critical up and usually get accused of playing favourites.

The Creek thread presumably pertains to an active/looming court case/investigation. This doesn't. In one situation, there is a suggestion that a publisher can be considered more responsible - it's a largely untested legal scenario. In the other, Heal can follow a fairly tested path of requesting identifying information for any poster here to pursue a legal case against them and I can comply. Or any individual can report a post for me to inspect.
